RETURNS POLICY

We aim to provide the best customer satisfaction and service. Hence, we provide you with the following policies as solutions.

RETURNS POLICY:
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. In the event that you are unhappy with your order, you may contact us as soon as you receive your orders and let us know how we can better serve you.

REFUND POLICY:
a. Order Dispatching Error
- If you receive an item that is different from your order, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us as soon as you notice that your orders are incorrectly served. We will serve the correct items as soon as we can or you may cancel the original ordered item before we prepare it and we will refund the amount.
b. Order Served Incompletely
- On an occasion that we served your orders incompletely, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us as soon as you notice that we incompletely served your orders. You may cancel the unserved item before we prepare it and we will refund the amount or you may opt to let us serve the unserved items.
Changes and Cancellation of Orders Policy:
- Preparation of your orders can begin immediately as scheduled based on the delivery or pick up time. You may cancel, reschedule or change your orders three (3) hours before the scheduled delivery or pick up time. We cannot accept cancellations after this lead time.
